Jack Allen
Founder & Mental Performance Coach
Jack founded Allen Sport & Performance Psychology, bringing a unique blend of academic training in sport psychology and hands-on experience. His journey into performance psychology began through his own athletic experiences, where he discovered firsthand how mental barriers can limit physical potential.
After completing his educational journey, Jack dedicated his career to helping athletes develop the mental skills needed to perform at their best under pressure. He's worked with athletes across various sports and age ranges - from youth to NCAA - helping them build confidence, improve focus, manage anxiety, and develop the mental toughness necessary for consistent high-level performance.
Jack's approach combines evidence-based techniques from sport psychology research with practical, actionable strategies that integrate seamlessly into an athlete's existing training regimen. He believes that mental skills - like physical skills - can be systematically developed through consistent, purposeful practice.
